HERITAGE CLUB
There is a remaining capital debt on this great building of $2.95 million. The challenge now is to generate annual donations of $300,000 in each of the next five years to help eliminate the debt. The next principal payment is due in August of 2010.
The $150,000 of annual interest payments are currently being underwritten by the Y’s operational budget.
If you cannot give at that level there is another option. Engraved brick pavers are available. There are two sizes: 4” x 8” engraved pavers are available for a donation of $100 and 8” x 8” engraved pavers are available for $200. The engraved pavers will be displayed on the entry plaza of the Y.
